CAMPers at the UP Manila New Faculty Orientation

This week, eight of CAMP’s newest faculty members from the Departments of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Pathology participated in the 2025 UP Manila New Faculty Orientation and Workshop at the Henry Sy Sr. Plenary Hall. The two-day workshop consisted of plenary sessions, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions, including a keynote address from former CAMP Dean, Prof. Inday Cabatan on how to thrive in UP Manila while building their academic identity.

Throughout the program, new faculty learned how to navigate the University’s systems, expand their teaching methods in outcomes-based education, align teaching strategies and assessments with learning objectives, and contribute to a community that upholds wellness for all.
